ABOUT SHAWN

Shawn Diddy Brogan is a Management PhD Candidate, social scientist, and storyteller who helps organizations navigate the human side of business. With 30 years of experience across television, media, health, and performance, Shawn has blended her career in communications with her research on organizational behavior to deliver powerful, research-backed keynotes and workshops.

She has brought more than $300 million in profits to brands as a nationally recognized TV shopping host and presenter, hosted over 10,000 hours of live unscripted TV, and served as an award-winning health reporter, interviewing icons like Larry King. Beyond media, Shawn is a Certified Grief Educator, Health Coach, and Meditation Teacher who has helped thousands of people build resilience, health, and confidence.

Shawn’s doctoral research focuses on grief in the workplace—examining the prevalence, organizational impact, and opportunities for support. She coined the term Dignity Dividend™ to describe the measurable cultural and financial benefits organizations gain when they acknowledge loss, honor human dignity, and support employees with compassion.

With authenticity, humor, and practical tools, Shawn empowers leaders and teams to create compassionate, high-performing cultures that balance productivity with humanity.
